Tyler has a masters in social work, and 13 years of experience working with various non profits serving adolescents, at risk youth, and people experiencing homelessness. He cares deeply about helping people live their fullest life and supporting individuals in finding their full potential. Tyler enjoys working with young adults and couples in helping them navigate change, find meaning and purpose, and develop tools to navigate depression, anxiety, relationships and addiction. His clients describe him as disarming, calming and thoughtful, able to meet them where they are at, and help them develop a pathway forward. When Tyler is not meeting with clients he is often doing something adventurous outdoors, or enjoying time with his wife and three daughters. counselor as well as his 15+ years of non profit leadership provides him with a variety of ways he can help. Matt gravitates towards group trainings based each group member better understanding themselves and their teammates through the lens of the DiSC assessment, 1 on 1 executive coaching that covers family and work dynamics, and leading strategic planning sessions that set a roadmap for future growth in an organization.
